Well, I'll go over there. But I admit that "hoooo boy," that IEP meeting has got me wondering. . . .

Ativities Coordinator for The Planet

When I was a Speech Therapist in the public school system, I was constantly taking parents aside to say, "Look, if you tell anyone I told you this, I WILL LIE...BUT..." This experience was invaluable when one of my own kiddos was plunged into the system (ST & OT and special ed. teachers visiting the house and...). I would hate to go into an I.E.P. without having had the experience and the title to do a little intimidating of my own. So, in advance of the story, empathy, empathy, empathy.

Can't wait for the IEP story -- oh dear, you've got me concerned it was ... erm... difficult?
